How to reach us. Email [email protected]. That address forwards straight to the person who runs Pixbatch — it is a real, monitored inbox, not a form that goes nowhere.

Good things to write about. Bug reports (tell us what you dropped in, which mode you picked, and what happened), questions about how the tool handles a specific file type, feature requests, takedown or legal inquiries, or anything else about this site.

What not to expect. This is a small independent project, not a support desk. There is no phone number and no office address, and replies are not instant — expect a few days rather than minutes. If your message is about a broken resize, screenshots and the exact file mode help a lot.

A note on your images. You never need to email us an image to get help with one. The tool runs entirely in your browser — your files do not leave your device, so they are not something we can look at on our side even if we wanted to.
